Please bring along!

If you're referred bring all fundamental results and medication from the referring vet.
Vaccination card
Pet insurance documents (if you have)
In case of changed secretions please bring a sample (e.g. excrements)
If you have the suspicion of poisoning try to bring the poison with you (eg. Plant, cleaning agent) with outer packing
 

Saving german taxes

If you intend to pay with the MwSt.-form, please bring a purchase order form prior to the examiniation/surgery.

Telephonic registration

In emergency cases please give us a call first of all. Then we are able to make important preparations for a great care.

Emergency service

Our clinic disposes a 24-hour emergency service. A telephonic registration is asked for outside the open surgery.

In the waiting room

In the waiting room dogs should stay on their lead and cats in their transport boxes to aviod unpleasent incidents. Cats are able to use a separate cat-waiting-room and treatment-room - our new "cat-concept".

Rodents and birds should be transported in their original boxes if possible. The boxes should be covered up with a blanket.

Cashing up

We ask for your sympathy for the fact that we cash up with you directly after the treatment. You have got the possibility to pay cash or with EC-Card.
